The National Consortium of Tribal Arts and Culture is funded by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India. It is a project that involves the Ethnographic Museums of the Tribal Research and Training Institutes set up by the Ministry in 18 states of India. The Consortium is a dynamic digital collection of Adivasi art and culture that has been documented by these institutions since their inception.
